Hi there! My name is Lauren and I am the voice behind the Plumfield Shop blog. I started this blog as a way to keep people updated about my Etsy shop, but now I just really like to blog! Some things that I write about are:
-sewing projects and pretty fabric
-running my own business
-food and recipes
-home decor
-my husband, Steve
-plants
-fun craft projects
Steve and I live in sunny Charlotte, North Carolina, where we like to work in our yard, eat great food, lounge in our inflatable pool, and plan elaborate holiday celebrations. We also like to travel (mainly by car) and take tons of pictures.
Some other fun facts about me:
-I am just crazy about Steve. It's true. I hope you don't mind reading about people in love, because I'm over the moon for him.
-I love to cook, mainly because I love to eat. From October through February, I make soup at least once a week.
-I don't watch a lot of movies, but have a few favorites that I can quote word for word. One of those may or may not be, but probably is "Elf".
-I like to go to bed at 10pm, every night.
-The library is one of my favorite places.
-Steve and I are currently sharing a car. It's pretty fun.
