Hi there! My name is Lauren and I am the voice behind the L. Perkin blog. I started this blog as a way to keep people updated about my Etsy shop, but I also post about my family, great food, and other joys of life. Some things that I write about are:
-sewing projects and awesome fabric
-running my own business
-food and recipes
-home decor
-my husband, Steve
-my son, Arthur
My family and I live in sunny Charlotte, North Carolina, where we like to work in our yard, eat great food, lounge in our inflatable pool, and plan elaborate holiday celebrations. We also like to travel and take tons of pictures.
Some other fun facts about me:
-I am just crazy about Steve. It's true. I hope you don't mind reading about people in love, because I'm over the moon for him.
-I love to cook, mainly because I love to eat. From October through February, I make soup at least once a week.
-The library is one of my favorite places.
